Triangle Breathing



This is a visualization plus deep breathing exercise that is very simple and effective when you are suffering intense anxiety after work. Close your eyes and imagine a triangle. Now breathe in counting slowly up to 6 while imagining traversing along one side of the triangle. Next hold the breath up to the count of 6 while traversing the second side of the triangle. Finally exhale up to the count of 6 till you have mentally traversed the last side of the triangle.
