Avocado Banana Smoothie

 am obsessed with avocados!  They are definitely one of the tastiest 
things around (or at least I think so).  I try to eat one daily, but I 
typically use them in salads, dips, Mexican entrees, or just eat them 
plain.  I decided to experiment with this delicious green fruit as a 
main ingredient in a smoothie.  I always keep frozen bananas on hand, 
and I knew it would pair well with the avocado by adding just the right 
amount of sweetness.  If you want to adjust the added sweetener, you can
 use more or less of the raw honey.  I put chia seeds in all my 
smoothies to add in some omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.

Ingredients -serves 2
- 1 large, just ripened avocado
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 2 T raw honey
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 t chia seeds
- Cinnamon
- ¾ cup crushed ice, optional
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
